Think of Immortal Milk Cheese Co. as the fun, cheese-obsessed kid sister of RSC atelier and Rosemont Supper Club. We're here to share an amazing range of cheeses—from international favorites to local gems—in a space that’s all about discovery and enjoyment. And yes, nerding-out on cheese is definitely encouraged! Many of you already know me, Alida, from RSC.
Well, I'm diving headfirst into this cheese adventure, and I'm really excited to share everything I discover and learn along the way! Decades cooking in restaurant kitchens left me well acquainted with fine cheese, then five years ago I started curating RSC's modest cheese selection, and it sparked… uh.. let's just say a serious infatuation with cheese.

Whether you prefer to browse our curated cheese selection in-store or plan ahead from the comfort of home for your efficiency, we’ve got you covered.
Online pre-orders are accepted Saturday PM through Tuesday PM for pick-up Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

Visit us in person for the total package —leisurely ogle, sample, and chat about our rotating collection of local, imported, and artisan cheeses while we cut and wrap your selections.
Note: Online ordering is currently available for cut-to-order cheeses only. Cheese Bar boxes are available in-store only.
